Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy and fast to make. These are NOT Tollhouse cookies - they are the bumpy old fashioned ones.

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup shortening or coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
2 tsp salt
3 cups flour (great with whole wheat)
1 - 12 oz bag chocolate chips (2 cups if you buy them in bulk)

You CAN make regular cookies from this - it makes 48. But it is so much faster when they get eaten so fast, to just make pan cookies. 

Reduce flour by 1/4 cup, and add 1/2 cup cocoa powder to make chocolate chocolate chip cookies.
