Sesame Seed Spread
3 cups cottage cheese 1 cup toasted almonds 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice Grated fresh horseradish to taste 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper 1/4 cup finely diced sweet red pepper Salt to taste Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve with whole wheat crackers. Makes 12 servings.
