On Slate.com today (3/20/08), in the "Dear Prudence" column, a parent writes in to ask what to do when strangers comment on the size of his family as being "too large." He has THREE kids! That parent hasn't heard even some of the odd, ignorant, and bigoted things people can say.

If three kids is too many then I should have stopped 13 children ago lol. It makes me wonder what goes on in the minds of others.
